ITIL Release and Control Practitioner
Course Description
ITIL Release and Control Practitioner’s five day course will teach you
how to minimize adverse effects and improve efficiencies when releasing
changes by applying ITIL best practices. This course defines the
processes and functions that are required for achieving control and
stability within an IT infrastructure change and release process. The
class consists of four days of lectures and activities and one day for
review and examination.

- Define the monitoring and reporting of key
performance indicators and achievements

- The requirements for policies, processes,
procedures and work instructions
- The importance of measurements and reporting
and how to use them for finding and recommending continuous
improvements

Management chapters from ITIL’s Service Support book.
