CMM Project Planning, Tracking, and Oversight

Enable improvements in project planning, tracking, and oversight by: (1) providing a common understanding of the features of project planning, tracking, and oversight as defined by the Software CMM, (2) providing understanding of selected estimation methods and procedures required for planning and re-planning, (3) identifying contents of "best practice" software development plans, (4) providing understanding of possible corrective actions whenever actuals differ from estimates, (5) identifying most common software development risks and mitigation.
